Soft closing doors would be good.

Thank you for your feedback. Whilst we are unable to fit soft closing doors due to fire regulations, we have reminded our team to ensure they do not allow doors to bang shut.

How do you improve a service that meets all the physical and emotional needs of the patient and cares, financially/funding most probably.
My mum was met with the upmost kindness and sensitivity by all the staff - all of the family felt held and contained and we didn't feel like we were a burden on their time.
When mum was maid on paid "when I'm better I am going to volunteer here" - that speaks volume. Thank you.
